Tennille Holman began her dream of being a police officer in 2013 at the age of 37. Her dream had been delayed by a terminal blood disorder diagnosis at the age of 21 and had a life-saving bone marrow transplant at 25. As she raised her daughter, and began to get the years, she never lost that dream. She started her Law Enforcement career with Dallas Area Rapid Transit Police Department in 2013, where she worked in the patrol division. During her six years there, she earned her basic instructor license to become an emergency vehicle operations instructor, and a field training officer. In January 2020 she continued her journey with Lewisville Police Department as a patrol officer, and within two years became one of Lewisville‘s mental health officers, currently called CoCare, where she remains. Tennille values her faith, family, friends, coworkers, and the community she serves. She enjoys, bringing joy to others' lives whenever she can, and values helping those around her. It is her desire to help the Lewisville Police Foundation reach as many as she can to bring that help when others are in need.
