Grace Lemmonds launched her professional journey at the Dispatch Center with the City of Lewisville in April 2002. Rising through the ranks, she transitioned to the role of Trainer in 2005 and subsequently became a Supervisor in 2007. Over the years, Grace has worn multiple hats, serving as a Dispatcher, Certified Training Officer, Training Program Coordinator, which oversees the CTO Officers and Trainees for five months. Grace is a Certified Medical Quality Assurance personnel, a TCOLE Basic Instructor since 2009, and a CPR instructor. She also took charge of crafting and disseminating the dispatch center's schedule and assumed a pivotal role on the Denco Training Advisory Board since her appointment in 2016, where she remains an active board member. Grace was elected as the inaugural Treasurer for the Lewisville Police Foundation in 2024.
