Notably, she earned her TCOLE instructor certification and Master Peace Officer license in 2022, marking significant milestones in her career. Beyond her exemplary service within the force, Rachel is deeply committed to community outreach and education. She conducts training sessions for city staff, schools, and the public on critical topics such as Active Shooter Attacks, CPR, Stop-the-Bleed, personal safety, and Crime Prevention.
